Product and insight at the intersection of editorial, technology, and business
A client just called us a "tech therapist" and it was a great description of what we do best. We bring a product lens in our approach to clients issues and goals. We look at how clients are using technology and ways in which their sites and processes might be improved to help them do it better. This might mean launching a new site or it might mean just changing a few elements or process and thinking about things a bit differently. It could mean adding some new plugins to create a directory or timeline, or it could mean creating a new email product out of old assets. It could mean crafting and executing a social media strategy to sell out a show or creating a distribution strategy to build a network and community. Basically. we try to work and help our clients get things done with a smart pragmatic approach, with attention to detail and budget.
